46th Annual Asphalt Paving Conference

Register now for the 46th Asphalt Paving Conference and Award Luncheon being held on February 26, 2026, at the Embassy Suites in Charleston, WV.  Don’t forget to also join other members on February 25th for the Joint Subcommittee of Asphalt Materials as well as APAWV's welcome reception.  See below for a schedule of events.

The Asphalt Paving Conference is designed for firms, agencies and individuals involved in the selection construction, design, production, and maintenance of asphalt pavements. Contractors, public works, designers, suppliers, and other firms involved directly or indirectly in the construction industry should find this conference of value.  The conference will provide participants with a broad range of educational topics by state, regional and national experts who will share their insights on the asphalt industry.  Topics to be discussed will include asphalt materials and construction issues, paving best practices, plant advancements, Percent within Limits (PWL), infrastructure investments, RAP usage, and other timely asphalt topics.  

In conjunction with the Asphalt Paving Conference, the WVDOH will also be holding its 2026 Statewide Asphalt Pre-Construction Meeting. This event will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, February 26.  The statewide preconstruction meeting is a popular event that provides participants with an update on numerous construction, specification and materials issues, and answers to your questions about the paving industry.  Please submit questions in advance regarding any WVDOH bidding, construction, or materials issues that you would like to have discussed to info@asphaltwv.com.
